We're opening up a product thinking assignment for anyone who’s interested in product management, research, or strategy. Reimagine the teleconsultation experience for dermatology in India – from first booking to follow-up care. Your goal is to build a Product Deck that defines the opportunity, outlines a compelling product solution, and shows how it addresses real user pain points better than current offerings.

Problem Statement
In India's dermatology landscape, patients face significant challenges in accessing quality skin care due to:
- Limited accessibility to qualified dermatologists, particularly affecting treatment delays and diagnosis accuracy
- Trust deficit in the customers about a virtual platform to address health concerns
- Friction in the consultation process, from initial booking to follow-up care
- Disconnected experience between tele-consultations, product recommendations, and ongoing treatment management
While current tele-health platforms exist, they don't fully address the specialized needs of dermatology care, where visual diagnosis, consistent follow-ups, and integrated product solutions play crucial roles in treatment success.
